    90 s / 30 s × 6 Timer

90 s / 30 s × 6 preset: 90 s of work, 30 s of rest, 6 rounds. Press Start (or Space); you can still change the values before starting.

Ninety seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest is a long-interval format for endurance: running or cycling at threshold pace, long rowing pieces or extended strength sets. Six rounds take 12 minutes.

    1. Set work and rest – Type the work and rest time in seconds and the number of rounds, or pick a preset below. Tick “Repeat” for an endless loop.
    2. Start – Click Start or press Space. The current phase and round number show above the clock, and a short beep sounds during the last 5 seconds of every phase.
    3. Finish – After the last round the alarm chosen in Configure plays. Pause stops the countdown, Reset returns to the settings.

The timer keeps working in a background tab and after a page reload. Sounds are generated in the browser; in Configure you can pick the final alarm, your own file or a YouTube video. Shortcuts: Space start/pause, R reset, F full screen.
