Online Clock – Current Time
A large digital clock showing the exact current time from your device, with the date and the time in the world's major cities below.
- Read the time – The clock takes the time from your device and shows it on a large digital display, updated every second.
- Adjust the display – In Settings choose the 24-hour or 12-hour format, hide the seconds and change the digit color. Use the − / + buttons above the clock to resize.
- Check other cities – The list below shows the live time in the most popular cities; click a city to open its own clock page.
The clock is only as accurate as your device's clock. Computers and phones usually sync it automatically over the internet, so it is typically within a second of the official time. Press F for full screen – handy as a desk clock or on a projector.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official exact time?
It shows your device's system time. Most systems synchronize with time servers automatically, so the difference from the official time is usually well under a second.
Why is the time in another city different from what I expected?
The city clocks use the official time zone rules built into your browser, including daylight saving time. Check that your own device's time zone is set correctly.
Can I show the clock full screen?
Yes. Press F or the full-screen button in the corner; the digits scale to the whole screen. Fine-tune the size with the − / + buttons.
