Terms of use

By using eTimer (the “Service”) you accept the terms below.

1. Nature of the service

The Service provides free browser-based tools: a stopwatch, timer, interval timer, alarm clock and clock. The tools run entirely on your device; the Service does not store measurements or settings on its servers.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy sufficient for uses where a timing error could cause harm (e.g. medicine, officially sanctioned sports events, industrial processes). The alarm and timer only work while the browser tab stays open – do not rely on them in critical situations.

3. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

4. User content

Own audio files and video links chosen by the user are not uploaded to the Service and stay on the user's device. The user is responsible for having the rights to the content played.

5. Advertising

The Service may display advertisements served by third parties (e.g. Google AdSense). See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Changes
